I provide treatment from a designated room in my home which offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and for those who need home visits or are in Residential Care, a domiciliary service in and around Farnborough and the surrounding areas. I have a holistic approach to treatment and think it essential to look at the body as a whole entity. Drawing on my experience as a Physiotherapist qualified since 1976, the principles behind acupuncture and the practice of Yoga, the many disciplines of which I have practiced for over 30 years, I offer a unique type of treatment, I often find that the knowledge that these ancient medical practices provide is more effective in the treatment of our multidimensional bodies and their health problems than the more accepted methods of today’s medical practice. The treatment I offer will often combine physiotherapy techniques, with acupuncture and some gentle yoga exercises to help maintain any improvements. However, all treatment is tailored to individual needs and for those who are needle phobic, acupuncture is optional! I do also offer cupping for some conditions if required.
